About the Founder

Sharon Bennett is the founder and C.E.O. of The National Association of Gifted Youth, Inc.  and the C.E.O. of Relax 4 a Minute, Inc.  She has an extensive background in business, finance, mental health services, domestic law and music. 

 

She offers seminars to corporations, churches, and women’s groups on money management, business organization, youth issues and personal relaxation. 

 

Sharon has organized several community forums to address concerns such as education, stress, gangs and networking in the community.

 

Sharon has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Management.  She is also trained as a Qualified Professional for area Mental Health Agencies. 

Sharon has held positions in the banking industry and the finance industry for over 15 years.  She has also held positions in the 
legal industry and is a piano instructor with 20 years of experience.  She is a writer and has compiled numerous poems, songs 
and inspirational writings.  Sharon is the founder of Collard Greens & Cornbread, a local radio show.   

Equipped with this background, Sharon has studied, written and interviewed on topics that affect the well-being of individuals and is now blazing a path to personal wellness through an innovative approach to stress management and relaxation.
